Refund and Returns Policy

The Marketplace has a “no questions asked” return and refund policy. This means that all users who purchase a product from the Marketplace can return the product at the time of delivery if they are not satisfied with its quality.

If you are unavailable during delivery to inspect the product(s), you can file a complaint within 24 to 48 hours of delivery. To provide feedback to the merchants for service improvement, it is necessary to include images of the items you were dissatisfied with.

The company may accept the returned product and replace it with a new one. If the received products do not match the order placed, we will replace them with the correct items.

Please note that if delivery is not completed on the first attempt due to an incorrect or insufficient address, the recipient not being home, the address being locked, or refusal to accept the package, the customer will still be charged for the order. Refunds will be issued with an additional charge of ₹30.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations will not be accepted once the product has been dispatched for delivery.

We do not offer refunds; we will only replace the items if there is a manufacturing defect.
